MEET GARRETT VONDERHEIDE

RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST

As a native to the Central Illinois area, Garrett grew up in Peoria and has had not only the opportunity of living in & around Peoria, but also the Bloomington/Normal area. Garrett is a third generation real estate agent, having both his step-mother and two grandmothers as inspiration for his real estate career. Growing up as a child, Garrett enjoyed Sunday afternoons helping his family members set up for their open houses by helping bake cookies for the clients, passing out flyers & beverages, and ‘selling’ all the great features of the home.

Garrett brings 8+ years of sales and customer service experience from working within the sales/hospitality industry, as well as the healthcare field. Client satisfaction is second nature to Garrett, his dedication to people continues on past just the home transaction, he truly cares for each of the people he is given the opportunity to help. Garrett continues to serve his Central Illinois community not only with his real estate services, but also through lobbying for property rights and fair housing for all. Garrett is heavily involved in making a difference by being Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee committee at his local REALTOR® association, their goal is to diversify the community and ensure that everyone is included no matter our differences; diversity is an important aspect of his career and his life.
